Help! need ideas and pictures for my new scene/emo hair!!?

so right now i have light brown hair. my side bangs are about two inches from chin, and my length goes about four inches past my shoulders. sorry, no pics!! i have a ton of layers.

well im going to dye it a dark brown, but i need help on how to cut it. not to short, has to be cute, and defianately indie/scene/emo style. tank you! include pictures please on what you think is cute!!

Try a very choppy and layered look with highlights so they'll really pop in your new dark hair. If you want a little bit of an edge try some colored extensions! They come in all sorts of colors and when cut to blend with the choppiness and angles of your haircut look really amazing.

Hey, i always cutted my hair quite short but im growing it up for about 3 months now and i decided to let it grow out, since i kinda dig the emo boy look. my hair is long enough to spike it up at the back and i want my front hair to be 1/2 - 1 inch above me eyes.. so i need about 3-4 more inch of hair.. how long does that take for the average person??

You should get cut in choppy layers i think ...leave length. I would mix in some cool colors, red..blue...pink ..whatever feels cool to you and have fun. Being goth or emo is about doing your own thing and ignoring style.

My hair was really long and good, and for some reason i got like 3 inches cut off so now its about 5 inches long instead of 8-10 inches long... A light brown, a dirty blonde, or a medium brown.
