But I'm going to tell you how, just cos' i'm a nice person :]

1. Go to the hairdressers and be like okay, I want ALOT of layers, short layers so i can spike it up too, in my hair [part your fringe into a part] and say can i have my fringe cut too so it is shaped.

2.They'll prolly straighten it for you or something who knows.

3. Buy a GOOD straightner, and straighten sections on your hair till its all straight.

4. Buy good hairspray and spary it and spike it up.

Hints, might wanna dye it blonde and black and other colors.

This is going to take ALOT of effort to maintain your haircut,

and to be honest you sound very tryhardy luv.

I always thought that emo was the new "sulky teenager" look. If you really want to look like a sulky teenager then go ahead. Remember to wear really ill fitting clothes held together with an unco-ordinated studded belt in a bright colour, make-up that looks far too dark for daytime and never ever smile. Remember that no-one understands you and you are alone and angry in this world. Your trainers are dirty and falling apart because you want them to be. You're angry at your hair right now but when you've fixed it you will find something else to be angry about.

While I won't say I particularly like that haircut, I do have some experience in styling it, as some of my friends have tried to do it themselves.

You will first have to grow your hair out longer, especially around the front, for full effect. You will also need copious amounts of hairspray/mousse so as to get your hair parted to one side permanently.

Once your hair is long enough, go to your hairdresser and tell them to cut it short around the back so that it spikes up and then tell them you want a fringe on one side of your face. The fringe is equivalent to really thick side bangs just on one side.

You will have to put a lot of maintenance into doing this, considering your hair is naturally curly. You'll have to straighten your hair daily (unless you go somewhere and have it relaxed) -- and for goodness sake, PLEASE wash it. Greasy emo hair is the worst of the kind.
