Yep. another emo hair question, sorry!?

yes. so my hair at the moment is,

very thick, boring, and other bad things.

im going for the emo style and wondered how to go about it.

like its all well to say get a big fringe, but i cant really say that to the hair dude/dudette.

ive also heard things like 'get it razored'

its too much =]

what should i do? / get done?

right ok

ask for a over the eye side fringe yes a big one i know that will make sense to the hair dresser

having the back a little short may be a option so you could spike it

dying it black or even darker brown

putting blonde or coloured streaks in it im having blue

razoring is basicaly having it thinned

Razoring can really help and it's just the thinning out of layers -- a lot of hairdressers will just do vertical cuts with scissors. It shouldn't cost anything extra (if that's what you meant by "it's too much"). :) I think it's probably the easiest way to thin out thick hair... that or add a lot more layers. Good luck!

but the longer bit at the back with the fringe is nice

so maybe have it thinned on top (razored layers)

then leave the back to grow a bit more

Anyways, if you want to be full on "emo", dye it black. And even splash in some colors here and there, if you like.

Bring in pictures, and the hairdresser will know exactly what they need to do. Hopefully.
