there's no such thing as "emo" hair really, it's defintiion really varies... but i know what you mean. just like get a pic and bring it to a hairstylist. like the long side fringe and short layer hair right?

Being a blond makes it easier. Get some black *temporary* dye. Part off a few stripes of blond and wrap in foil while you use the black dye on the rest of your hair.

Or get a g/f to do it for you.

Emo kids are cute. Just don't act all depressed... that's what turns a fun thing bad.

get a flat iron. i use that on my hair to make it "scene" not emo.

same thing i know what you mean to. eh, have your hair short from the back, you should spike it if you cut it short, and leave long straight bangs in the front. try cutting it a little bit, so your bangs wont be too long. just long. and i personally say that blonde scene hair is better than black hair, but whatever you like.
